Designed 4 You continues to deliver exactly what we were looking for. First, an overall plan for decorating our remodeled 40-year old home and second, a successful plan implementation.
I am reminded daily of the satisfaction I've had working with Jenna at Designed 4 You! Dental offices are typically not a 'favorite destination' for most of us. As a result, my goal was to work through compliance with the multitude of clinical, functional, and health facility code requirements while still displaying a relaxing, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere that maintained my personal style for all who are here each day. Each member of my team, nearly every new patient, and all visitors are constantly giving me unsolicited feedback confirming the accomplishment of that mission. Jenna was instrumental in getting us there. The fact that she did it from a state away and had only the tightest of shoestring budgets to work with might have made some people nervous about a potential negative outcome. Tremendous success with my first office a couple of years ago, however, combined with their service during and after "the sale," had me returning to Designed 4 You for both a second office project and my own home since that time. I am looking forward to the next project for which I can enlist Jenna's help!
Last spring I went to the KC Home show which I had not attended in a few years specifically because I wanted to find a designer to work with me in redoing my living room. I felt like I had no idea how to take advantage of such a large room. I met you there and did like your exhibit but more so found you easy to talk to and you showed interest in my situation. I was concerned that I did not want to end up with my house reflecting your ideas and not "feel " like us. One of the things I liked was that when you came to our house, we looked beyond that room and discussed what we wanted our whole living space to say about us. I felt like you got it - my idea of casual southern elegance. And I think the finished project shows that. I appreciated that you worked with me to utilize some items I had along with the new furniture and window coverings. I was not sure how much I would do with you - perhaps I would take your ideas and do my own shopping, etc... But when we met at your office and you showed me some fabric you had found - you got me there! You know I love the fabric (print and especially the colors) for my chairs. I think that sold me on working with you. I did end up doing more with you than I had planned and felt the whole experience was good. Love, love, love the finished product! And everyone who sees it - says the same thing. The blinds from Hunter Douglas are beautiful - ties it all together from room to room. The high wardrobe cabinet is a beautiful elegant piece - and really like the two side chairs that go with it. And the sectional is the biggest one I have ever seen! Looks great, very comfortable and fills up my large room. Jenna - I have to thank you again for your many drives to Blue Springs and your attention to detail. I was struck at first by your enthusiasm, dependability and professionalism. You listened to my ideas, absorbed them, and steered the project to a beautiful conclusion. Your patience with my questions and concerns were greatly appreciated. A kitchen remodel is not typically a pleasant experience, but you provided your support and encouragement when needed. When I saw problems, you presented solutions. You kept me fully informed at each step of the way. You made me feel as though my kitchen was the most important project you had done. The small details such as the light fixture and stainless steel along the tile edge are still eye-catching. I eagerly look forward to our next project. |
